spring break
spring break was fun
hung out with track people
saw high school teachers
accidentally did some community service
hung out with cathy a little bit
Got back to my dorm by 3 yesterday. Got a haircut. Did not do anything yesterday. It was relaxing. Ate cereal that might have been expired, tehehe. Tasted good though so whatever.
Need to get ready with my schedule tomorrow. It doesn’t look that bad.
Morning class from 9-9:50 then a break until 12:10-1:00 and that’s it for Monday.
Tuesday is 10:30-11:50, 3:10-4:30, 6:10-7:00.
Wednesday is 9-9:50 then 12:10-1:00, and finally 1:10-3:30.
Thursday is 10:30-11:50, 3:10-4:30, 5:10-6:00.
Friday is 9-9:50, 11:00-11:50, 12:10-1:00, and 5:10-6:00.
This is my tentative schedule as I plan to add another class. It looks pretty symmetrical and evenly distributed.

Random Thoughts from a Bored Mind
I wonder what people used to do in their free time without computers and other electronic devices. I presume they had more work to, though.
I am currently sitting in my room, which has nothing but a bed and an empty bookcase. And of course, my laptop which I carry around wherever I may go.
My current Internet connection is unstable so I cannot stream videos of any sort. I guess I can be programming, but I do not have any idea of what I would program. I can implement a sorting algorithm such as quick sort, since I will no doubtly be seeing it in my near future. I do think that there is a more efficient running time sort than that. Sidgewick’s increment pattern gives a nice run-time to the shell algorithm.
I wish I could go outside and just go down the neighborhood asking people if they need any assistance with chores of any sort. But that would be a ridiculous idea. Such a random thing to do.
I guess I can use this time to do research on my future. I do want to go to several places, but by what means is beyond me. To sum up such a fund would take too much time. I guess I could take a loan. I wonder how the state of the economy will be down the line. I feel like I should try my luck at stocks. Knowing my luck I will be able to make a nice sum.
I think I should do some research on places where I would like to visit. Such things as how I would get there and what I would do there. I wouldn’t want to waste money.
I guess if I’m writing my thoughts, I should give a summary of events that have befallen since my last post. I’m on spring break. Winter quarter was quite complicated. Data structures kicked my arse, but not too hard hopefully. Didn’t really go to Calculus or Physics very often. Skipped most of the lectures and all discussions for math. The TA didn’t seem very adept at teaching the material. I am pretty sure he knew it, but not how to teach it. And we didn’t get credit for showing up so I didn’t find any reason to show up. There was attendance for Physic discussions though so I went. The engineering class I took was completely dumb. And Japanese history was just too much for a lower division undergraduate class. The material was very indepth and consumed quite a hefty amount of time. The Professor was way too hardcore. Note to self, don’t take another class taught by professor kim. I guess that sums of my classes.
I didn’t really meet any new people besides my physics lab group. I wish I could meet more people actually. I feel kind of alone in a place with so many faces. I need to make time to meet new people and try new things.
Oh, food’s here.
